You may also order one for your spouse/significant other, if you choose. The cost for each nametag is $17.19 (the cost for two nametag is $29.38 - please choose the item for "Nametag Request for Self and Significant Other" https://womenofnassau.org/shopping-cart/ols/products/nametag-request-nmt-rqs).

To pay online includes a convenience charge (labeled as "Shipping" charge) of $0.80 ($1.12 for two).  Please designate the name(s) for each nametag(s) you would like to order in the shipping & payment section of your cart.
