Below is the proposed 2024 Board for Women of Nassau. The organization will vote on the incoming board at the November Luncheon with installation of the new officers taking place at the December Luncheon. Please make every effort to attend the November luncheon and participate in the voting process.

The Women of Nassau Constitution and Bylaws revised December 2023 and has been approved by the 2023 Board. The document can be reviewed at https://womenofnassau.org/forms. The primary reason for revising the Bylaws was to incorporate the current board structure which changed this year. There were a few additional changes:

requirement that all Board positions will maintain and pass records to their successor
requirement of board approval for new activities
requirement of a signed application required of all members
clarification of annual audit of Club funds.

WON members must approve or disapprove this document. YOU MUST TYPE IN "YES" OR "NO" IN THE APPROPRIATE LINE TO VOTE.

It is extremely important that you vote so that the club has documented proof of each member’s vote.
